Legal Transcription
Pacific Solutions provides the full suite of legal transcription services. This includes legal dictation for lawyers and barristers (correspondence, advices, memos, court documents), together with records of interview, court transcripts and providing stenographers for depositions.
Outsourcing to Pacific Solutions allows you and your firm the flexibility to manage more effectively your typing requirements. No contracts or minimum volumes are required. Barristers find the on-demand nature of our service to be a perfect complement to their varied typing requirements. Law firms use us to assist in-house typists by outsourcing lengthy advices or meetings.
Dictation options
If you are dictating using a digital recorder, Pacific Solutions’ secure, encrypted client web pages allow you to upload audio at your convenience – whether travelling, at the office or a typing pool manager outsourcing for an entire firm. The completed document is returned to you by email or returned to your client login for password restricted access.
We are compatible with many in-house systems including Quikscribe and Winscribe PC-based dictation solutions, together with Olympus and Philips handheld recorders.
We also provide a dial-in dictation service as an efficient method of dictating when travelling.
